How Does It Work?
This method uses already revoked certificates to install apps and employs a DNS configuration to block Apple’s detection of revoked certificates.
Apple verifies app integrity by connecting to specific servers. Block those servers â the system never knows the certs were revoked.

Follow these 6 steps to set up free sideloading on your iOS device

Install DNS Profile
Download and install a DNS configuration profile that blocks Apple’s certificate revocation servers. Go to Settings â General â VPN & Device Management to install.

Install ESign App
Download ESign from the provided link. Trust the enterprise certificate in Settings â General â VPN & Device Management. Restart your device after trusting.

Configure ESign
Open ESign and enable Auto Import and Auto Delete in settings. This streamlines certificate and app management.

Import Certificates
Download certificate files from trusted community sources (Telegram, Discord). Import via Settings â Import Resource in ESign.

The method itself is safe for your device. However, be cautious about which certificates and apps you install. Only use trusted community sources.
Will this void my Apple warranty?
No. This method doesn’t modify system files or require jailbreaking. It only uses DNS configuration and enterprise certificates.
What’s the difference between ESign and Feather?
ESign is more user-friendly with built-in repos and .esigncert support. Feather is open-source and uses standard .p12 and .mobileprovision files.
Why can’t I update iOS with DNS active?
The DNS blocks Apple’s update servers. Temporarily remove the DNS profile to update iOS, then reinstall it afterward.
Can I use Scarlet and free sideloading together?
Not recommended. Both methods may conflict since they use similar certificates. If Scarlet works for you, stick with it.
Do I need to resign apps every 7 days?
No! That’s the main advantage. Unlike AltStore, apps signed with free sideloading don’t require periodic resigning as long as the DNS bypass is active.
